Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we only accept returns for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products received
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
